Anyone- man or woman-

who has the courage to overcome

The limits of the mind,

Can attain the state of universal motherhood.

The love of awakened motherhood

Is loving compassion

Not only for one’s own children

But for all people,

Animals, plants, rocks and rivers.

It is a love extended

To all nature’s beings.

For one who has wakened to true motherhood,

Every creature is his or her child.

Such love, such motherhood, is divine Love,

which is God.
